This trust deed is made the 24th day of July 2001 by Shri Subhash Yadav S/o Late Shri Gangaram Yadav, Village Borawan, Tehsil Kasrawad, Distt. Khargone (MP) hereinafter called the settler of the trust.
Shri Subhash Yadav the settler will be the only trustee and reserves the right to appoint successor of the trust. In his absence his heirs will be the settler. The Head Office of the trust will be at village Borawan Tehsil Kasrawad, Distt. Khargone (MP). Its' area of operation extends to whole of the country (India).
An trust which may be created for the purpose of funding medical services arid education, and establishment of medical college and other social and educational institutes enhancing educational and professional skill of boys and girls students, awarding scholarships and conducting various other social and welfare programmes/activities. The settler of the trust and the trustee Shri Subhash Yadav shall have all rights to execute such declarations of frust as hereinafter appears.
